If you find yourself near the Vondelpark on this sunny weekend, or Kingsday, treat yourself to a ten minute interlude through the Roemer Visscherstraat. This small street has one of the richest collections of windows in all of Amsterdam. There are influences of Dutch, Spanish, Buddhist, Catholic, Russian, Turkish cultures, and much more I probably still don’t recognize. Colors everywhere. The more times you visit, the more you see.
